Use the Contact Us form when you need to ask about a public app page, search result, download route, policy, subscription, or review. For a review correction or removal request, include enough non-sensitive information to identify your own submission. Submitting a message does not guarantee a particular response time or outcome.
Following Up On A Contact Request
The website may compare a report with the current page, search catalog, public route, policy text, or approved review records. Repeated messages about the same issue may be grouped to reduce duplicate work. The confirmation means the message was stored, not that every requested action has been approved.
Email And Review Privacy Requests
Contact records are not automatically displayed on public pages. FAQ questions are stored for review and are not automatically added to the public FAQ page. The website cannot protect information that a visitor independently sends to an unrelated third-party service.
